The Inclusion Fair was on April. 23.
Inclusion is the intentional ongoing process of creating environments where everyone no matter what feels welcomed.
The Inclusion fair is an event organized by leadership students, with eighth grader Lilah being in charge. The inclusion fair is organized for students to have fun and hangout with friends.
Mr. Vera, a teacher that recently passed away, started the inclusion fair. Mr. Vera wanted to make this festival for all students to enjoy. Mr. Veras goal to was to make a fun event for students to enjoy before the end of the year.
Leadership students organized the activities, games and snacks in the festival.
Eighth grader Fernando Castillo said “It was fun because there was snacks and fun activities.”
The theme for the inclusion fair was wicked based on the wicked movie. It was picked because the second wicked movie had just came out and was popular.
