The first college tour being UCLA on March 14, 2024, and Dominguez Hills being the last college tour, taking place Many people enjoy these trips for various reasons, mostly for the exciting feeling of exploring these large campuses.
The first college tour, UCLA was an exciting adventure. A tour guide showed students around campus to show off interesting areas of the school. One interesting thing was the museum. UCLA has had a long rivalry with USC, and the tour guide told stories of pranks from the opposing schools. After the tour, some students visited the store and the grass before returning home.
The second tour was at USC. An interesting highlight of this trip was the art museum, where students explored and saw the art that was on display. After seeing the art pieces, students visited the village for their lunch and visited several restaurants and stores. Student, Keisi said “My favorite part was the museum because we saw a lot of cool things.
The third tour was Dominguez Hills. Many students enjoyed visiting. One highlight was the college’s library, according to Alexander Vallejo.
These trips are just a few highlights of these 8th Grader’s final semester at Southeast and are perhaps a look into their future. Only time will tell, but this school has already prepared some of them for their college journey.
