While Mr. Rosener was growing up he said that soccer wasn’t that big. However, in the 27 years he has been teaching, the students love this sport. He says it’s amazing what they can do with their feet.
Due to the rain, many games were postponed until the grass dries. The games continue on Thursday, February 15. Everyone who participates seems confident in their soccer skill and thinks they’ll win the tournament.
So far, the teams that won were Mexico, Germany, Real Madrid, PSG, and America. The scores were 2-0 for America and Chivas, 0-1 for Brazil and Mexico, 5-0 for Germany and Cruz Azul, 0-1 for Sporting CP and Real Madrid, 0-3 for Liverpool and PSG, Real Madrid and Belgium won over forfeit, and Germany beat Sporting CP to 1-0.
