1 Get Out 20/10
Are you ready to meet your partner’s parents? Well Chris sure was or at least that’s what he thought but there is a far bigger reason why Rose wanted him to meet them but what would that reason be? Why not find out by watching it yourself! I re-watched this movie and if you pay close attention it gives us hints and small easter eggs which I found super cool.
2 Blackphone 10/10
If the boys around your town were going missing and you found yourself in a basement of the kidnappers with just a broken black-phone that brings in calls from the missing boys what would you do? Well this is the case for Finney as he tries to escape with the help from the boys on the
other side of the blackphone. Everything in this movie is a masterpiece and a movie you must watch this October! The way the story connects is something that made me gasp.
3 Bodies Bodies Bodies 10/10
Imagine you and your friends decided to play a game similar to Among us called Bodies Bodies Bodies due to a bad storm outside to entertain yourself but when you go outside you find your friend bleeding out. What options do you have then to point fingers at each other and try to stay alive for the night. I think this movie always puts me on edge. Everything they did to keep themselves safe no matter the cost. brave which made me like the characters for their will to survive.
4 The Poughkeepsie Tapes 10/10
When a serial killer comes into town what will he do? The smartest thing for him would be to record his massing killings and leave it to the cops to watch it! This horror movie is made in a documentary style with fake interviews from cops and the family. I loved how it shows us the tapes to show how much of a sick person the killer really was.
5 Human Centipede 10/10
If a mad doctor tried making a human centipede by stitching 3 people together by their butt how would that end? Why not just watch the beautiful movie itself and find out? I loved that movie making the characters likable and giving the characters and us a sense of false hope just brings me to life seeing how it all went down.
6 American Mary 10/10
Mary, an average nurse student, one day goes to a party with her annoying professor she gets drugged by him and taken advantage of in her intoxicated state. Out of depression she leaves and starts working in a club where she meets Billy. She hires Billy to kidnap her professor to use him as a test subject for body modifications as revenge. Realizing she can make money off of this Mary stops working at the club and starts her own client in her own house. However, the police notice her professor missing will they catch onto her or will she roam freely?
7 Trick Or Treat 10/10
Let’s be honest if murder became legal we would be like little Sam. Haters are gonna say Halloween sucks but little Sam isn’t gonna let that slide he’s gonna murder them for having a wrong opinion. Not only does Trick or Treat show the story of Sam it also follows many other stories that happen on Halloween from a crazy serial killer to girls parting with a twist.
8 Final Destination 9.5/10
What happens after you and others escape death by pure luck? Well, simple death will track you down itself, killing you in the order you were supposed to die so now you have to try and escape it. The deaths are a little ridiculous and unreal in Final Destination but that’s the part that makes this movie fun. We follow along with the protagonist as we track down the other survivors to try to save them from death.
9 In The Tall Grass 8.5/10
Going on a road trip with your partner for some time spent together but end up seeing huge grass and a boy yelling from it? Well save yourself and leave that kid to suffer by himself in the tall grass it ain’t your problem. Unfortunately, the characters decided to help and step inside the tall grass now both of them will have to suffer an odd fate but what will this fate bring us? Well in all honesty I can recall this as a confusing movie. I watched it 3 times and still couldn’t get it until I watched a YouTube video explaining its lore which I actually enjoyed.
10 Terrifier 2 6/10
When a crazy monster comes back from the dead for the 100th time it has one thing in mind murder. What better time to murder someone than on Halloween, the best holiday for screams? I thought it kept going on well with its creative kills and amazing effects but why is its rating low for me? Simply because I thought the ending sucked. As soon as she got up I knew the ending would be trash.
11 Prom Night 2008 3/10
Prom Night is a movie about a girl named Donna whose whole family gets murdered and she now has to live with her uncle and aunt. As years go by after overcoming her trauma Donna is finally at her senior prom with her friends unfortunately for her the killer managed to escape the jail and knows where she is and would go to any length to see her. Well unfortunately for me this movie wasted my time. This move is very easy to predict with its lame unrealistic thrills. At first, the surprises were actually good but as the movie progressed it just got ridiculous making me feel like the directors were just throwing in whatever they could. I’m surprised they didn’t put a flying cat in the movie with how unrealistic it is.
12 Carrie 1976 2/10
Carrie isn’t just your typical bullied girl. How much more bullying would it take for Carrie to finally snap? I suggest you read the actual book and then watch Carrie 1976. Carrie is a bullied girl but why? In the movie, they cut out so many things from the book like the fact they make fun of her because she’s fat and not because she’s weird.
13 Murder Vomit Dolls 0/10
Vomit plus more vomit did I mention it had vomit? This movie has no plot by the way. This movie is awful and made as a disturbing gross movie and nothing else. If you want to be grossed out then go right ahead and watch it.
