Through Oct. 28th to Nov. 1st. Southeast will have another Spirit week, dedicated to the holiday of Halloween.
On Monday, there will be Halloween accessories.
On Tuesday, students wore their favorite spooky socks. They had zombies, skeletons, anything related to Halloween.
On Wednesday, it is Blackout day! Students wore all black on this day.
On Thursday, it’s Costume Day! Students showed off their costume, whether it’s scary, funny, or unique.
On Friday, students wore pink, because its breast cancer awareness, and pink is the representing color.
Jacob, a 7th grader in SEMS, said he liked spirit week, and found it good. He participated in Blackout and Costume

Day, also stating his favorite day was Costume day.
Jimmy Perez, a 7th grader in SEMS, also liked spirit week, stating it was “spooky”. He said the only day he participated in was Costume day, which was also his favorite.
Emiliamo, an 8th grader in DREAMS, said spirit week was and found it good. He participated in Blackout Day, and Wear Pink day. His favorite was Monday, which was Halloween Accessories.
Sophia, an 8th grader in DREAMS, stated she liked spirit week, following with “it was alright”. She said she didn’t participate, although her favorite day was Costume Day.”
Thursday (or Costume Day), seemed to be the most popular among Spirit Week, with many coming in their costumes and participating in this event. You can see some of the people who dressed up for Halloween below.
